I've contacted the sign ups, one of them said they never sign up for anything at all! Is that a hoax by you?

Solution Sometimes things like that happens.

The reasons:
1) Someone who signs up for another person in mischief (Most common)
This is one area that we have no control to find out if this is a fake sign up. It will happen once in every 1000+ sign ups received in out system.

2) They have indeed sign up but they forget that they did
It happens. Some people can sign up to as many as 4-5 programs and forgot what they have signed up for. That's why we highly recommend that you contact the sign ups as soon as possible.

In any way, if you feel that a sign up is questionable you can login to your stats and let our staff know.
